The School of Performing Arts presents Art and Community, a series of talks by nationally recognized artists and thought leaders on the power and practice of art and art-making as an essential element of socially healthy communities. The talks will lead to open dialogue on the practical gains of art as a core element for building strong communities. The talks are free and open to the public.

Keryl McCord is President and CEO of the Equity Quotient (EQ), a national training and organizational development firm dedicated to supporting nonprofits interested in becoming more just and equitable community partners, with equity, diversity, and inclusion as outcomes of their work.
