St. Luke and Odd Fellows Hall
Once a social hub for Blacksburg’s African-American community, St. Luke and Odd Fellows Hall holds great sentimental meaning in the town’s consciousness. Following its restoration, the two-story frame structure continues to bear witness to the strength and vitality of the area’s black residents.
