Waste Audit Program
The Montgomery Regional Solid Waste Authority helps businesses become more efficient in waste disposal and recycling through their Waste Audits Program.
Why audit? There are sound reasons. Primarily, companies need to know exactly what their current situation is – in order to determine what steps to take to reduce costs and create revenue.
- Step 1 - Set up an appointment. Our process specialists employ a site audit form. We use this to supplement any information we've already developed about your company.
- Step 2 - Plant tour. We carefully review a company’s basic operational processes in order to understand material flows, equipment placement, labor efficiencies, etc. Our process specialists will review their recycling and solid-waste equipment, looking for insights that could lead to new ideas for more effective handling of materials.
- Step 3 - A series of process recommendations that are developed around the company's specific needs, situation and culture.
The Montgomery Regional Solid Waste Authority’s Recycling Processing Facility and Administrative Offices are open Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM. Set up your waste audit today!
