What YPs Are Saying
“I was drawn back to Blacksburg seven years after graduating from Virginia Tech because of an incredible job opportunity in the area and also because of the quality of life that the town provides me as a professional and to my growing family.” – Justin Y. (VT ‘05)
"As a native of the New River Valley and having attended Virginia Tech, I initially had the urge to start my career in a larger city. However, there truly was no reason for me to leave. Blacksburg has all I need, and there's no replicating the natural beauty of the area or the incredible sense of community." – Traci C. (VT '07)
“I think Blacksburg is a really welcoming community with a lot of opportunities for young families to work and enjoy the area whether it’s Virginia Tech, the Huckleberry Trail or fun events for my son.” – Jessica W.
