Aiming to make quality art events affordable, attractive, and accessible, Blacksburg Regional Art Association encourages and supports creativity and the exploration of the arts. At the heart of the developing Blacksburg Arts District, the association also offers educational workshops, hosts art shows, and promotes local artists.
