MCEAP is a 100% volunteer-run, certified 501(C)(3) organization that provides food, clothing, household items and financial assistance in order to fill needs that other agencies are unable to meet. Their mission is to assist Montgomery County residents in maintaining their households and restoring their self-sufficiency by serving the immediate, emergency, and temporary needs of low-income, unemployed, elderly or handicapped individuals and families.
