In March 2020, Onward NRV launched a regional job board (www.theNRV.org/jobs) to help connect job seekers with employment opportunities in the New River Valley. Traffic to the job board has steadily been increasing due to our digital advertising efforts and is currently on pace to top 7,000+ pageviews a year. The job board is free to post to and pulls job listings directly from Indeed, a national employment website.
