Rising Silo Brewery is a truly unique movement for Blacksburg, and now Southwest Virginia’s only farm brewery. Located in Fairlawn, The River Company operates a 10-barrel, direct-fired Diversified Metal Engineering brew system. At any one time, The River Company offers up to eight draft beers, which include year-round offerings and any special beers that the brewer dreams up. An upscale restaurant accompanies the brewery.
