Neighborhoods

McBryde Village, located within walking distance of VT’s campus off of Prices Fork Road, is comprised of classic Ranchers and Colonials.

Meadow Run, located just within town limits, offers a mix of older and newer single family homes.

Miller Southside, located minutes from Downtown and Virginia Tech, is one of Blacksburg’s most popular neighborhoods. This classic Blacksburg neighborhood features tree-lined streets with a mix of traditional home styles built mainly in the early 1900s.

Mission Hills is an established Blacksburg neighborhood that is a part of the Hethwood community and includes a variety of home styles built mainly in the 1960s and 1970s. Amenities include access to trails, pool, tennis, and playgrounds.

Located on the western edge of town, Montgomery Farms is a neighborhood, consisting mostly of ranchers built in the 1990s.

This neighborhood is located just off the Historic 16 Squares of Downtown.

Mount Tabor Meadows is a custom built community designed to be family friendly, affordable and energy efficient. All homes are EarthCraft certified.

Located on the north end of town, Mount Tabor Village offers a mix of newer condominiums and some single family homes.

Just north of Downtown Blacksburg, Northside Park includes a nice mix of newer and older 1970s era homes.
